IOLS Training
♦ What is IOLS Training? IOLS stands for Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills.
♦ How does this training help you? It gives adult leaders the practical knowledge, using the E.D.G.E method, they need to help Scouts learn outdoor skills.
♦ This is a required training course for Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters. You will learn how to safely conduct outdoor activities.
♦ BSA requires that at least one IOLS-trained adult is on every Scouts BSA overnight outdoor event. ♦
♦ Date: Friday and Saturday April 12 & 13, 2024
♦ Location: First Presbyterian Church, Montrose CO 1840 E Niagara, 81401
♦ Cost: $35: includes Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday, trained strip and certificate, etc.
♦ All participants are required to bring a completed Med Form, Part A & B with them for this training.
